The Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry (MECI), within the scope of its responsibilities to enhance the extroversion of Cypriot companies and in response to the increased interest in participating in international exhibitions with a national pavilion, announces its intention to participate in the following three exhibitions in 2026:
Through the organization of the national pavilion at the aforementioned exhibitions, Cyprus is highlighted as a business hub in the fields of technology, innovation, and shipping. At the same time, Cypriot service-providing companies are given the opportunity to showcase their activities and capitalize on networking and business collaboration opportunities with both exhibiting companies and trade visitors.
Eligibility for Participation
Applications may be submitted by legal entities (businesses) operating in the services sector. The maximum de minimis aid per beneficiary and per exhibition may reach up to €12,500 and covers, among other expenses, space rental cost, booth construction and pavilion equipment expenses, participation fees, as well as installation and electricity consumption costs.

Applications may be submitted by hand, by registered mail, or by private courier until 30/09/2025. Applications submitted after 30/09/2025, will not be taken into consideration. It is clarified that priority will be given based on the order of submission of the application to the Trade Service of MECI.
It is noted that in the case of non-participation of a sufficient number of companies, and/or non-approval of the budget and/or failure to secure exhibition space, the Ministry reserves the right not to participate in the aforementioned exhibitions.
